Manufacturing
The plant contains a distillation column special type of packing material for better mass transfer & separation.
The manufacturing process involves the following stages:
Charging Hydrocarbon Solvents / Chemicals from the storage tank to the distillation kettle.
Heating of Hydrocarbon Solvents / Chemicals by hot thermic fluid slowly.
Vapors are then passed through the Distillation column.
Vapor formed during the process is collected in Cooling water Condenser, where the vapor are condensed and then passed through the Product Cooler & Bottoms Condenser and a part of it through the Vent Condenser.
Collection of different fractions of Hydrocarbon Solvents from distillation column in bulk storage tanks. Different fractions are collected at different temperature range as per customer’s requirement.
As per the requirements from customers the specific fraction is blended to formulate to the required specialty petroleum solvents
